Lavender Head to Tri-County Speedway

Mooresville, NC (04/22/09) - Jody Lavender heads to Tri-County Speedway in Hudson, NC Saturday night for the second race in the NASCAR Camping World East Series. He finished second in the season opener at the Greenville-Pickens Speedway. Jody said, “I’m looking forward to going to Tri-County. I’ve never raced there but that’s true with most of the tracks we have competed at in the Camping World Series. I think we’ll be in good shape. The car was very good at Greenville and Jimmy Burgess (car owner) and the entire crew is excited after our run there. They have been working some long and hard hours getting the H & R Block #88 “Ole Blue” car ready to go.”

The race starts at 8 pm Saturday night and will be replayed on the Speed Channel TV network on Thursday, April 30th at 3 pm.
