Lavender Making His Mark

Ever since Steve "Birdy" has joined the Jody Lavender team, they have been on a tear in the ProCup ranks.
 

This team racked up another top five finish at Kenly by finishing 4th.
 

The addition of "Birdy" allowed Lavender to pick up his first ProCup win earlier this year at Ace Speedway.
 

This team has a good following at each and every ProCup event.
 

Though you hear more of Clayton Rogers, Shane Huffman and now Mark McFarland, the Lavender team is the dark horse to take away the Championship later this year.
 

Having experience in the Craftsman Truck Series and the All Pro Series, a lot of people dont know much about him.
 

He has more or less, other than the win at Ace, has quietly building up his arsenal as one of the powers of ProCup.
 

With the experience that Bird brings to the table, being a former crew chief to a Busch Champion, one would have to consider this team in the ProCup, is about to show its hand.
